One way to lessen the sugar still keep the chewiness of cookies is to lessen white sugar but keep the brown sugar EX : 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar you can try doing 3/4 cups of white sugar but keep brown sugar at 1 cup. another tip is just for me muscovado sugar gives a flavor :) I’m sorry if this won’t help but I’ll just suggesting you don’t need to try :Do
