Good Morning Che. Some facts on the egg storage topic. In the US and Canada. We are told to refrigerate eggs to avoid salmonella poisoning. This applies because the eggs processed here in the US receive a hot bath treatment to sterilize the shells before packaging. During this process, the outer protective membrane is removed so the eggs are more vulnerable to collecting bacteria. In Japan they use another type of process for sterilization that does not remove the outer membrane. Storing your eggs at room temperature should not be an issue. In the Philippines. Eggs are simply collected and placed on trays to be transported to the palengke for sale. You dont see no expiration dates on the eggs being sold and they taste way better than the store bought eggs we eat here in the States. Its nice in the Philipines that chickens taste like chicken and the vegetables are fresh. Something you dont experience here in the US unless you raise the chickens yourself and grow your own garden.

In France they are not washed before being sold contrary to the US where they wash them with a desinfectant. That desinfectant destroys the natural protection eggs have on the shell . So here we usually don't store them in the fridge and it is absolutely safe .

I think you have very good taste in clothing! In America, we call those stores “thrift shops” or “second hand stores”. I once bought a brand new shirt from Christian Dior and the retail price was $65 but I paid $3.50!!! 😇😍 so I buy a lot of stuff there. You are doing a great job with your plants! Did I tell you I am also a gardener? No veggies but mostly flowers and I have a lot of bird feeders for the birds ☺️ it’s very relaxing for me too. I cannot work anymore because of my illnesses so I am receiving social security benefits and medicare from government. But I worked for 35 years so I earned enough to retire early so I am not having to worry. I would love to hear your voice on your videos you have a nice voice and you can talk to us, but if not it’s okay 👍 I’m happy just to see you 😊 and happy that you are doing your best! 💪💪😇🙏 Thank you for sharing another one of your days with your biggest fan-me! 😍 and everyone else! 🤗🙌 Next time my dear Che! Btw eggs aren’t stored in a fridge when you buy them in a supermarket either, I do put mine in the fridge since I got room in there, as opposed to my limited kitchen counter space, some chefs or a lot of people don’t put them in a fridge, so you do you 😊

Good morning! If you bought farm fresh eggs you wouldn't have to keep them in the fridge. I buy only those from farmers from our area. They wipe them clean. If you wash them they have to go in the fridge. Anything that's already been refrigerated sadly needs to be stored in the fridge. Farm bought eggs are so much better tasting too. If you can find a farmer who sells his eggs give them a try.
