Nice vlog. just a small note, please do not cook dosa's like that. Always flip the other side as well let it cook and then fold. I do not know if its a north indian way of making dosa's but you should cook both sides. either flip or cover it with a lid so that the batter gets cooked in the steam.

Thank you for the suggestion, ☺️I’ll keep in mind next time to cover the lid and cook , will try it Btw, i make it’s crispier on one side and gets cooked on the other side.

I believe everyone cooks dosa like she did. Even the street vendors and all the south Indian KZreadrs I've came across

Dosa is the only food that is healthy and cooked fast , easy simple ready in just few min. Staying alone this is best option! I do the same 😂
