On my dear if you are using a special cream for your facial spot to fade them away you first need to make sure the spots are faced away then work on the other parts of your body and sometimes one tend to have these spots depended on their diet that is what you eat and drink as well as hormone imbalances,etc.Pls drink enough water as well try early in the morning early in the afternoon so as not to wake up in the night to use the bathroom

I some of my background music from vllo, very few from CapCut and the rest from KZread stuio… I’m sorry I can’t remember their name cos some is written in Chinese..but you can just search for calm music or vlogs
