I just got diagnosed with PCOS and seeing you talk about it has helped me digest that this is something I can deal with and learn about. I am about to turn 19 and was pretty sad to hear this news but it explains the way my body and mind have been feeling the past many months of my life, and seeing one of my favorite creators speak about it gives me a lot of hope that it will get better :)

I had same problem about my hair split and my hair dresser said, that is because I always split my hair at the same place and under weight of the hair split becomes wider and wider. She suggested me to change place of split every now and then. Which I did. After year or so (it took time) I checked that split place again and it was so TIIINYYYY super narrow. Guy, change split places every few months
