Evenings are the real challenge for me. By the end of the day I'm mentally exhausted and physically tired as well, but it's like 6PM, and everything seems boring. Hopefully this will improve as time goes on, but right now it's a struggle on Day 3.

the moment i stopped smoking weed it just made me realized how much talent i was already having. Weed stopped me completely at the starting line of creativity and i was constantly waiting for my inspiration to come back, which was a lie in the end, i was simply postponing constantly. Now that my little voice can be heard again, it came back stronger than ever. Where was I all that time? it doesnt matter now because i am now here and thats magical to me.

I realized i have to quit weed because i couldn't construct logical sentences anymore. Today is first day where i actually feel good like i did before i started smoking :):):) I did gain a lot of knowledge and good traits emotionally while being high and now decided to put this knowledge for good use :) Thanks for support!

For me the biggest thing that I miss about weed was it makes music more enjoyable almost like an obsession. Also a sunny day could seem that much sunnier and TV more vibrant. Don't miss energy crashes, the never ending munchies, losing money, brain fog, anxiety, and a dyre need to watch porn. Much more in control sober. This is evident that I lack control because when I buy weed my house becomes a disaster and I have ocd when it comes to being clean but you lose all self respect when high at least I did. Anyway to the pros aren't at all worth the cons, especially when the pros generally last an hour at most. It makes no sense why I'd ever want to do this again but it at least comes to mind once a day. Maybe the longer I go without it, it will be a thing of the past.

I wish I was you lol. 30 days in and life feels fucking worthless. Before I quit I was reading, exercising, and learning all the time with a very positive and ambitious outlook on life. In the 30 days I've been sober I have done absolutely nothing. I'm interested in nothing and I can't even play a game or watch a movie. Even youtube and shorts are hard to watch. I simply don't want to fucking exist. If this is what life is like without it. I'd rather be dead. Gonna continue with hopes all this ambition will magically appear like it seems to do for everyone else. I wish I would just not wake up every time I go to sleep. I was somebody who always did stuff when I smoked weed like mountain biking long walks through parks cleaning up my house going out and socializing what other people etc etc. I always smoked sativa and it always motivated me to get up and move and do something. It seemed like it enhanced every moment and made everything just that much better and enjoyable. Now that I stopped smoking weed it literally feels like I don't want to do anything without it. And when I do force myself to get up and do something it don't hit the spot all the way of enjoyment and fulfillment. As a recovering and relapsing 34 year old, I agree with most all of his weed videos. It's nice to have someone who understands and has gone through it to teach it. I just lost the girl of my dreams because I simply couldnt be mindful and had mood swings all related to dabbing all day. I quit last year for 3 months then told her I just wanted to smoke on her birthday etc.. That turned into everyday. If you are thinking you can have a easy going moderate relationship with it it's almost impossible. If you manage to get off then stay off. The process of going on and off has been miserable for me and the people in my life that I love. I'm on day 2 sober. SOBRIETY IS A JOURNEY NOT A DESTINATION.

I think its worth addressing, a lot of people have the opposite problem. where when you smoke weed is when you want to get up and do things. when you feel motivated, creative. That's -even trickier- just as tricky, because it feels like the weed is giving you motivation, but that's another way of saying you cant find motivation without it. Its essentially the same issue but from the other side. that was my problem, using weed as a way to try and brute force my mind into FOCUSING on what I wanted it to, or into doing things which i dont necessarily want to do but have to. I think its an ADD issue, and it worked well, until everything else started catching up. I think the solution is the same, a relearning process

Woke up this morning after 3 weeks looking for my weed stash, then realizing I threw it all out weeks earlier. Not sure how I should feel about that total mental lapse

Thats ok - don't be so hard on yourself either. Honestly my man did you rid of all your smoking gear and delete all your contacts? Also let someone know you have quit so they and you can keep accoutable.

Sir, no, I already do this while I’m high. I told people this past Mother’s Day weekend. I went to the movies with my brother nephew. We watched the movie the next day Saturday by Sunday. I’m like OK because I only smoke weed at night during the day. I’m like OK I’m done with movies. What are we gonna do now? Let’s do something else.

You sticked to your psychological issues, all of the past things you lived. You decided to compensate yourself with killing Time, with taking no action and looking back with a passive approach. That was a decision. Then you forgot it was a decision you took. Then you couldn't remember anymore that you could've decided to take an active approach and not wait others to save you or encourage you to love yourself. Nobody would do that for you, and if they did you wouldn't hear them. Now, you are stucked in this shit, and you must realize...it was Always your fault. Resilience comes ...with no pills or treatment. It comes from not forgiving yourself from caressing you when you needed self honest talking, discipline, will power and self steem. When you need to man up, you don't need fearful voices or condescendant voices telling you poor kid you need to rest, you should think things over with a cigarette or a joint...you need a freaking whip on your back.
