They rotate. If you watch the lines of performs walking to each side, they take turns on and off the cables.

So awesome! Wonderful video! Ty. I love these giants were so professional and not "sleeping" -- even tho people are stupid and don't know how to move. What they don't think the giant needs room to walk?
