As a United supporter, when you cut through all the waffle from this guy his point was spot on. United had the chance to put the worst Liverpool team (still a good team) in 3 years to the sword and open up a gap on rivals. Instead we set up too defensive and handed the initiative back to city. The local population is being priced out of cl games due glory hunters such as yourself driving the price up. Being from London the cost of living is much higher therefore you can afford the higher prices. You also have a choice of clubs in London but choose to gloryhunt the most successful club in the country. So yes in answer to your question

Liverpools front 3 might out of form but they're still quality and it only takes one moment for them to switch on. The earnest was on them to make back the points they're behind by and on another we'd have finished our chances. At the end of the day we're still ahead, Leicesters only above us because they've played more games and it's a decent result. Remember the old saying against your rivals is take a point away and a win at home

I disagree. Fabino is better than 80% of the leagues CB's, he's no CM out of his depth. Besides, its very difficult to get past Liverpools midfield to have chances against those 'CBs', regardless of what combination they use in midfield (in this case it was Thiago who is the best player in the league for controlling games, and Widj who is an under-rated work horse and is better than McFred). Yes, we should have done better with our chances, but there was only 2 or 3 'good' chances, not 5 or 6 like some make out. I would have snatched a draw at kick off and was delighted with a draw at FT.

Tactics weren't the problem. If we finished 1 of 2 or 3 guilt edge chances it would have been a great win. Nonetheless it was a very decent point away from home.
