In the beginning, I didn't want him to join Chelsea (because of the penalty incident in UCL 2014 Semis). I was always insulting and booing him, but time by time my anger vanished and I started supporting him. Diego had a really wonderful campaign at Chelsea. 2 Premier Leagues and 1 Capital One Cup. Too bad he didn't win either UCL or even FA Cup with us😓

Diego always scored in the 1-0 and 2-1 wins. His goals won more points than any other player in the league.
I think it's fair to say that Diego Costa made the PL more entertaining to watch, rattling everybody 😂

@@pranav288 Oscar was overrated. He scored 2 goals against Buffon and everybody thought that the superstar was about to born. However, he was never there when it mattered the most. Also, he was too soft for the Premier League (just my opinion)

that is how football works, new generation such as Kai, Mason Mount, James, Hakim and the comeback of lukaku after many years will make a glorious and expected age of chelsea
This team was so underrated. We were so solid for 90% of the games we played. Genuinely thought we would win every time we went into a game.

Diego will forever be a Chelsea legend for me. Loved watching him play. Loved what he brought to the team. He was an enemy if he wasn’t in your squad but if you had him, you had a warrior. I rated him so high. My top 5 favorite Chelsea players of all time 1. Drogba 2. Lampard 3, Terry 4 Diego Costa. 5. Kante (6. Joe Cole)
