Liberty did an amazing job helping us find a house. We started our house search in Mueller, and Liberty was super knowledgeable about the area and well connected with the selling realtors in the area. When we got frustrated with the competitive buying experience in Mueller and the lack of availability, we decided to look at the Grove in Shoal Creek. Liberty helped us connect with the sales agent and helped us negotiate a price we were happy with at the time. Fast forward a few months and our house construction was getting very delayed and the prices around Austin started falling considerably. We asked Liberty to re-engage the sales agents at the Grove to see if we can get into something sooner and at a lower price. While they were willing to get us into a house sooner, they would not budge on the price. We decided to look at some resales in the Grove and found a house we absolutely loved. Liberty helped us get out of the existing contract so we could get the house we saw. While under contract on the house, we wanted to get a head start on sourcing materials for renovations. Liberty worked with the selling realtor to get us into the house several times to take measurements and walk through with different vendors to get quotes. My wife and I cannot recommend Liberty enough. She was incredibly patient and helpful during the home buying process. When we are ready to move again, we will definitely be working Liberty again.
