it's a great set! but if I want a full 360 degrees tower then looks like I have by 2 and a half XD

Yeah a full build would have been nice but then again, it’s already $750 😮

There is a video on a channel with 23 minutes of the devs talking about making this set and going over all the interior stuff. more then meets the eye. Felbeast wings and the nazgul minifig are exclusive to the gwp.

I see more images and videos released after I upload lol. Should have waited. Part of me also wants to keep the details a surprise for myself though but I love deep dive videos like that

The set is good, but I'm really disappointed with how tgey made sauron. His proportions don't match at all and having long legs would have helped tremendously with that as well as making him stand out and be more intimidating. I also dislike the way they made his helmet. They did other minifigures of LoTR with almost 1:1 accurac like the mouth of sauron and gothmog which are identical to the way they looked on film so idk why lego decided to use creative liberties for Sauron's helmet. They also made it a 1 piece with the shoulders which also sucks. His body look is fabulous but they cheaped out on his weapon.they made a new shield for an orc but they couldn't get a unique mace for THE lord of the rings himself? Missed opportunity

Like, the figure to me feels like a really great custom, but a surprisingly lacking official figure? I think I wanted to see a new idea of a body mould for him. I think he should be taller definitely.

@@RayLilySeries as you can see, straying from how he should have been leads to a mediocre look that feels more like a custom fig than an official one. they should have made him with long legs and a helmet like in the movie
