The U.S. provides weapons to Ukraine & Israel. Both parties of the U.S. government are pro-Israel which means weapons will continue to be sent to Israel & used - whether accidentally or intentionally - to harm/remove Palestinian civilians. I agree with you that there needs to be a more effective way to stop needless mass killing of civilians in the countries you mentioned.
