Looks like you don't even use the clutch and float them or just a tiny bit of clutch , you are a great trainer in Australia i am currently on a heavy rigid truck driving license ( which is basically a semi with no trailer or one with 3 axles or more) but didn't end up driving a truck cause my back screwed up and i get sciatica on and off but been a few years now and i can go for my Heavy combination license which is basically Same as a CDL License in America and been watching your videos just to remind myself on the double clutching process , so cheers for the helpful videos. i can atually go for a Multi combination licence one up from heavy combination cause i have had my heavy for more than 1 year but safer option for me probably just heavy combination lol multi trailers seem like a bitch to reverse.

Can you explain to me how to take off and how to prevent stalling out that’s what’s mostly on my mind is on my take off and not stalling out

I also need to teach people such as yourself that are watching this live video. Don’t rush to conclusions with hate. Go watch my other videos of tutorial. Its hard to teach new drivers both online and in person, you should just appreciate the free content and move on.

But there's no arguing whatsoever that if you're doing a CDL training video that you shouldn't be on the phone while you're driving. I applaud you for making the videos and being able to teach new drivers. I have nothing but respect for you however it's showing the wrong image to be on your phone. Especially when it can cost you your CDL

You make it sound like I’m on instagram or something. Your advice is irrelevant to my result on teaching this student the right way.

So if you get pulled over by highway patrol you're going to tell them that you were answering questions on a KZread live and that's going to okay everything? "Sorry Officer, I wasn't texting, I was on KZread answering questions about CDL teachings..." Do you not see the irony here... Lol, you're just proving my point. Lead by example. Teaching isn't easy. Your videos are great. I'm making a point about this one however.

So when you come to a complete stop as you're stopping you're only using break? Until less than 100 feet from the line , then clutch goes all the way to floor while break is still all way in. So both your feet pressing gas and clutch all the way ? Lol I'm just trying to understand what you've said through out the video . I start manual training next week do I'm watching all your videos.

The gear will help you slow down to idle speed. Just use idle speed of that gear then kill the clutch when less speed is needed and apply the brakes. Remember, every gear has idle speed, the lesser the gear the lesser the speed. Clutch is killed once you run of gear to slow further

No you should not worry about him being on the phone and pay attention to the shifting and teaching of the student which is the whole point of the video, unless your here for something else. The amount of people complaining about this on free Content videos is crazy to me. Obviously don't be on the phone while your driving if you can't figure that out on your own you shouldn't even be driving a normal vehicle.

I'm learning more from this channel than the actual school and this guys on the phone and teaching another person. KZread is for information, you retain the info you need and discard the obviously false or bad things you see. (also it's free if you don't like just leave)
