Join me on an intense day, we will walk, eat and I will tell you everything I think may interest you about the Fallas: their history, their construction, where they come from and how they have changed over time. Fire, art, criticism, music, fireworks, flowers and a lot of noise are stirred in a cocktail that makes this party unique and that has earned it the recognition of UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
