Thanks for watching our coverage today!! Here's some key moments we had for important information and advanced warnings: - 16:27 Ryan first calls out the storm that would go on to become Michigan's first ever tornado emergency (tornado had lifted at time of upgrade, but was significant before then) - 57:37 tornado emergency as the Colon/Leonidas tornado ends - 1:40:13 23 minute advanced warning for the second tornado warning for Portage MI after the first one decimated parts of the town. - 2:03:27 information on radar sidelobing on the Muncie, IN storm - 2:39:22 advanced warning for the New Salem, IN and Middletown - Moscow, IN tornadoes before they were warned - 2:58:40 completely unwarned tornado doing damage west of Milton IN, near Cambridge City. This was not warned at all after this point-will see what their survey says. - 3:30:18 good & unusually clear indication of tornado debris moving with the storm's updraft instead of with the expected tornado path, helping us confirm that this tornado was no longer on the ground at this point - 3:33:24 explanation of very low precipitation tornado west of Louisville & how we confirm it on radar. Looks like the Andover, KS tornado from 4/29/22 that Reed captured. - 4:47:13 Ryan first warns of the hybrid QLCS/supercell tornadoes that would go on to produce triplets near Lebanon and Morrow, OH well ahead of any tornado warning.

Thank you Ryan for broadcasting in the Ohio region last night. The storms did some damage and a barn was demolished by my house and up the road from that it also hit. Several barns were destroyed last night ,trees on houses etc. Everyone is safe though. The areas near me that were hit were South Lebanon ,Morrow and the Clarksville/ Wilmington area. We had you on the TV while taking shelter. I like how you pinpoint it right down to the street. Thankfully once it hit it went back up and didn't come back down on us. I've been sending everyone your link to prepare for round 2 today.

I was able to get a hold of her and get her tuned into you guys and in a safe place with her cat. The alert didn't go off on her phone until AFTER the tornado had blown through her complex!! I was able to relay the information you were giving over text since she'd lost power, but she and her cat are both safe because of you guys!! Can't thank you enough. ❤️🙏

I greatly am thankful for the early warning as the sirens didn't even go off until the tornadoes past same as the warning.

I want to thank you for saving our nearly 50 year marriage, which we will celebrate on June first this year. On May 7th we got the emergency text about the tornado warning in southwest Michigan, but, it didn't give a location. I immediately turned on your channel and, surprise, you were streaming live on the Michigan tornados. You blew me away when you mentioned Texas Corners, the airport, and then, Pavilion Estates! We have the most southwest home in Pavilion Estates. Within two minutes of your statement, the tornado came roaring to within 90 feet of our home. We were blessed by God right then, we only sustained roof and siding damage, which the insurance will take care of. There were 176 mobile homes damaged or destroyed out of the nearly 500 in the park. The other blessing of God was that there were no fatalities and only minor injuries. The tornado passed on the west side of our house, but, we have a two foot long by two inch diameter branch sticking into the EAST side of the house. Nature is amazing!

I sat down at my lunch break Tuesday, opened your live stream, and saw my home area in Michigan on the screen. Immediately jumped to FB to find out that 2 cities in which I have children living both were hit, and was able to confirm their safety within minutes. Some of the footage I was able to see on Fb was INSANE! The Portage storm was a multi-vortex beast. Wiped out the strip mall, so many homes, but amazingly there were no fatalities (despite a trailer park being hit with homes being picked up and thrown). Someone in Leonidas got some great photos of it, and it easily had a base of half a mile or more. A lot of very rural areas got hit hard, with silos blown down, irrigation twisted, not to mention the homes.

Do be prepared, folks. It matters. And do go out joyriding trying to see things as the emergency personnel NEED clear roads to work and save people and clear trees and do not need you risking needing rescue yourself by a fallen tree or something. Just stay home in a safe place. This time of year, you need some battery and solar operated lights, clothes, food/water, important documents, and whatever else you need to deal with life after an emergency and know where your safe space is. Then get there and stay there until the watch is over. Go as soon as the Watch starts so you are already there when a Warning happens because it's too late then. I keep a suitcase packed with a variety of clothes/shoes/toiletries/chargers, etc. and a backpack of food/water so I can grab them and toss them in my safe space. I have a waterproof/fireproof safe with the important docs which I also brought into the safe space. Have what you need in your safe space BEFORE the Warning hits. If your house gets hit, what will you need to continue on and go to work, pay the bills, make insurance claims, etc. if you have to go to a hotel or some other place to live for a bit. Have all that in your safe space. Have all the info and pics on your important things that insurance may need to replace. Have a USB drive with video of your home inside and out so you can remember what was there and you should have an est value of your belongings. Be prepared. It's a lot less headache after and danger during if you are. And stay off the damn roads!!! I spent 3 hours in my windowless bathroom today watching the news on my laptop and was fully prepared and safe when the sirens went off for each of the 3 tornadoes we had. Thankfully, my place was spared though it was within 1/4 mile of me in Portage. Be like me though - be prepared and stay home.

Yes, the lightning is ramping up again...thunder too. Thank you for your amazing expertise!! If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't have known there were 3 tornadoes in our area. 🙏❤️

I'm in Mukwonago WI which was almost exactly at the point between 3 tornado warnings. I was hiding out in my safe spot with a local channel on my phone and this stream on my laptop. Weirdly comforting that Ryan and Andy weren't too focused on us. Walworth Co ended up with an EF0 and EF1. We got straight line 60 mph wind and torrential peas sized hail. Overall could have been much worse.

Here's something odd. I knew there would be nados in my area so I got on here to find this live video. However, it would not appear for me. I looked in notifications and directly on your YT live page. I was unable to see it. Yet here it is.
