that's fantastic i didn't even realize that!

Just want to say I've only just started watching this channel, and I'm more familiar with motor sports based in Europe/the U.K., as well as the W.E.C.Great racing, great cars. I love this circuit and the countryside it's in looks beautiful! Subbed. Greetings from the East of England.

I must say, great job and a great memory walking the pits remembering teams, drivers, cars and history. I've been a fan for years and still forget all of the above 🤣

It seems to me that at Sonoma, you must also be a very smooth operator... like Sade said in her awesome song.

It's hilarious how chat is making fun of the BMW grill when itis the same grill design on their street car.

It used to be Sears Point International Raceway and in my salad days I rode it many times

like it how when she gave the command for the drivers to start their engines, they were already heading out of pit lane.....kinda gave the command a little late there....LOL

Main problem when going there was held in December and being 30 plus degrees and Olympic park being paved as far as the eye can see and no shade you just got roasted…. Over the years less people attended to the point the last few years they didn’t even bother with most stands etc

why there's no one use mclaren, lamborghini or aston martin..?

Hopefully next year, GT World Challenge will get the new Z06 GT3.

The lady interviewer on the tarmac really needs to stop using the word "absolutely". Please, please stop saying it.

5 porsches and all in the top 8. They need to add 100 pounds to the front of the porsches to make the race more fare.

Lol maybe consult IMSA for some pointers on how to screw things up hahaha. These new 992’s are incredibly quick when not restricted.

Hard to say. The Merc of Braun was quicker at the end then the two leading Porsche's. No idea if it's the car or the drivers yet.

@@Maenfy Sonoma has always suited the Porsches more than the other cars, when we get to NOLA, the BMWs are probably gonna dominate there.

The Vantage GT3- a technical masterpiece by Prodrive. Unfortunately the Mercedes AMG engine creates no passion or emotion when it goes by you. I was there on for Fridays practice session as I've been a TRG/Aston fan for ages and watching the car on track was painful. Sure I guess they're more reliable but give me a pre-AMG Vantage V8 or better yet N/A V12 any day of the week.

The torque of the Mercs was hard to keep up with coming out of the corners. Was first race in the car tho and we don't have a ton of data on Sonoma. We will keep chipping away at it tho

@@johneldridge5129 Anyone out there fighting with the AMR teams has my upmost respect! Like you said chip away, make adjustments, and jump back in the ring for New Orleans- hope to be there in person at COTA!

Such a dumb penalty to serve... not having you're warmers on would already set you back... but then to basically say, "go all the way to the back and lose 16 positions" is asinine. What is such a penalty for?!

Just get rid of the Porsche's altogether - there's enough Porsche racing category's around the world and they are ALL boring...
