Here is a prayer I found for the interviewer who asked about a friend’s Guardian Angel. A Guardian Angel Prayer For Friends “Guardian Angel, watch over those whose names you can read in my heart. Guard over them with every care and make their way easy and their labours fruitful. Dry their tears if they weep; sanctify their joys; raise their courage if they weaken; restore their hope if they lose heart, their health if they be ill, truth if they err, repentance if they fail.”

Please don’t jump to judgment without knowing all the facts. Fr. Michel Rodrigues explained that, because of prayer, just as in Nineveh, our Lord saved Pope Benedict XVI from that fate. Fr. Michel was given a message from Heaven several days before Benedict’s death informing him that Benedict would not see the year 2023 and would be spared the death of red martyrdom, and he had several witnesses whom he shared that message with at the moment he received it.

Could you please give us a reference as to where he said it? I'm still on the fence about him, although he was right about Trump not being re-elected in 2020. I'd like to hear what he said myself.

Thank you Father. I have no issues with Fr Rodrigue and found the 3hr podcast yesterday beautiful and enlightening, but I believe this show with Fr Dan handled the questions on him charitably 🙏🏾

I have worked with seniors and hospice care for many years. The sacrament of the sick and annointing is hardly ever requested. Offspring have no clue what it even is. So sad. Tell your children when the time comes....call a priest. And request gregorian masses after you pass. Set aside money for this request if possible.

​@@peequod A SPECIAL MASS JUST FOR THE PERSON FOR 33 DAYS Straight Some are of them are expensive. Most of them may be a $150 or less. Maybe more, but it's maybe for the whole month or the whole year. Pins and holly, you offered up, but I think it takes a soul straight up to heaven.

I volunteered in hospice for a year. It was through a secular hospital and were were not allowed to pray with patients unless they specifically asked us. There were so many unchurched people I saw that I could not help. I would pray the Divine Mercy chaplet silently next to their beds when I visited them, but that is all I could do. I would love to find a Catholic hospice that I could volunteer in some day.

@@Seekingwisdom2322You’re doing exactly what you should do. The Divine Mercy chaplet is powerful and Jesus can do alot for a person at the last moment of their life. Keep doing that!

Prophecy can change which already been explained many times . Just a warning given to us by God to be aware of the state of life we have if we need something to change. Yes, Just like when we go to our doctor and say to us that if we don’t change our life style we will die tomorrow .. So let’s take the message from father Mitch as a Warning from God that we are all have sickness that need some attention . Take it as a reminder for all of us that We have a Heavenly Father looking after us and ready to intervene in our life.

I sometimes feel alone when im praying and hoping I'm doing it right. I love watching things like this which reinforces my little offerings. I feel we will have to be strong without our internet friends when we do lose it. Jesus I trust in you!

Prayer changes anything. It doesn’t mean it’s not a true prophesy.

The Baptism in the Holy Spirit through the charismatic renewal has opened doors to hearing Him more. I asked God who Fr. Michel Rodrique is- I open my Bible, as I frequently do, my eyes fell on these words from Jeremiah chapter 1 verse 5” : "I have appointed you as prophet to the nations “. Amos 3:7 says : “ Surely the Lord will do nothing, but he reveals his secrets unto his servants, the prophets.” I also wrote a poem titled " Prophet on Trial". too long to post here .

Wasn’t there a young man from that area who was giving prophesy in the 80s? I can’t recall his name.

Folks tend to forget that GOD reads ALL hearts; He knows if you are honest and sincere. One on one, is His way.

Father Michel is a priest in good standing. He has not been condemned. We know that some bishops have done things that we absolutely disagree with. I don’t think you can decide on the truth of a prophecy based one person’s opinion-even a Bishop. So I would say discern yourself. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you.

@@MotherandRefuge He has not been condemned. If Father Michel was condemned he would not have the current status from his Diocese of a Priest in good standing. He would not be allowed to distribute Communion. He was never asked to not reveal his messages. Please do your research. In any case if you don’t believe in Father Michel’s prophecies then don’t. But don’t slander the man with misinformation.

Regarding other people’s Guardian Angels. You can pray to your Angel to speak to the other person’s Guardian Angel. There is a special prayer you can pray to your children’s Guardian Angels.

My dad died during covid of dementia. I had a priest give the final viaticum over the phone. I prayed the three beautiful prayers over him from the blue booklet, the Peita, what then, for the soul of my dad, who was Catholic but not able to confess?

Viaticum is the final Holy Communion before death, so the priest could not have done that over the phone. Prayers for the Dying, which might have included the Apostolic Pardon, yes. Your prayers for him would also have been very helpful, and of course you should be continuing to pray for his soul, and having Masses said for him. If you don't know what prayers to say, try this one: "Eternal rest grant unto (name), O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all our faithful departed, through the great mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen." Then I follow up with one Our Father, Hail Mary, and Glory Be.

Reply to zanafin8684, You are correct! Father Rehil is not up to date on the change in Father Michel’s original prophecy and he is incorrectly saying that one of Father Michel’s prophecy’s is wrong. I’m surprised Ron you didn’t say anything. Mother and Refuge was one of a few channels that Father Michel granted an interview to explain the change in the prophecy. Perhaps it was too much for you to get into.

I am ashamed to admit I did not know what Viaticum was/is. I am Catholic and believe firmly Fr. Especially at birth and death. It is a SACRED time. If the Eucharist - just a small speck under the tongue. It will dissolve into bloodstream from there. It is a blessing to care for those passing. Sacred ground indeed.

What is perfect contrition directly to God?,, what is the difference from protestant belief?

i have seen many definitions of perfect contrition, it would be better to read it for yourself from the catechism. in practice it is the act of taking your sins directly to god and with "perfect" contrition confessing and being forgiven because of the perfection of your love and remorse "contrition" .protestant belief, which ones?? protestants have as much in common with us as they have things opposite to us the. im sure you will get many responses here, this question has a very long explanation, much controversy

Forgiveness by an act of perfect contrition is a traditional reaching of the Catholic Church. Perfect contrition means you are sorry for your sins not just because you don't want to go to hell (which is a good enough motive to be forgiven IN CONFESSION WITH A PRIEST), but because you truly love God and are truly sorry you have offended Him, and truly will to change your ways. God would not leave us without the means of forgiveness if we have no access to the sacraments through no fault of our own.

If an apparition sight has been denied can you still go to it if you believe it is real& We know of an difficult person who offended & worse, a bishop during mass. She only had a connection to the apparition sight. I believe it was a nun who was rebelling against what was being said about women's place in the church. But she had nothing to do with the visionary, victim soul

I love you and your channel and am thankful and greatly appreciative both of your work and of the faith with which you perform it. However it is wrong to romanticize and virtue-signal your banning of Fr Michel’s message. I don’t see any true basis for this. The bishop did not forbid anyone from hearing Fr Michel. You can always broadcast varying opinions and even critiques of any visionary messages you broadcast. That wouldn’t be wrong. But to ban Father Michel is an infraction of your own claimed mission. You have claimed part of your mission was to bring to your listeners what the (uncondemned) visionaries had or have to say. You also place a statement at the beginning submitting to the Church’s relevant formal judgements. So there was absolutely nothing wrong with your giving your listeners the chance to hear Father Michel Rodrigue’s talk about his visions. In fact it is the other way around. It seems to me banning his messages from your channel has let down your original mission and your listeners. I don’t see Father Michel saying anything different from the other visionaries that you’ve been bringing to us, whether recent or centuries old.

@@marksainz5498 yes, look up how it started. It has protestant pentecostal roots. Ask Fr. Ripperger. The worst case of possession he and his collegues ever saw was a woman asking for the gift of tongues. He did a short video about it. You should not ask for higher gifts like that.

Having worked in Palliative Care and ICU over the years. There are ways you can communicate with a person who appears unconscious. They can still hear for starters. With AI on the go I am sure they can come with up with better forms of communicating with brain injured or end of life patients - even getting Viatcum into them. I am not sure what that is about - but if fluid - IV or sub cutaneously or sublingually - dissolving under the tongue. Ask Mother Mary to show a way - She always did/does. When the sacrament is over - hold the person's hand tight/close, kiss the forehead. These 'small' things are miraculous - especially to that most vulnerable of times - transitioning from this life to the next stage of Life. To God they are more precious than all the wealth of this world.
