Nice transparency and great opportunity to see Biden’s insights into tough world issues. Very impressive be and reassuring. Biden was especially astute about foreign affairs. Other than the first answer, misstating Harris/trump, which was clearly a mere slip of the tongue, his answers were thoughtful and thorough.
Can you imagine Trump doing a similar press conference and speaking intelligibly on multiple foreign policy issues throughout the world? Heck No!! Trump's lack of knowledge and indifference is a threat to our national security. Go Joe!!

So this judge will consider the impact first. Then if Trump’s lawyers try to appeal, the appeals court might deny because the lower court judge already did the right thing.
