That’s why I appreciate him coming back and being in social media. He’s ALMOST as comforting as Fred Rogers. And I was actually “too old” for Blues Clues, but seeing how much he loves, makes me feel good.

I want this so badly 😢❤
When Steve said "I wanna talk to my friend," the sob that squeaked out of my adult self was unnatural... We love OUR friend, Steve!
22:25 Steve talks about depression and having to act like the happiest man and provide others with self esteem without having his own approval. "You don't fight depression, you collect it." 24:38 working with Robin Williams "When people go out of their way to make others happy, its usually because they're fighting a really dark battle inside themselves. And they don't want other people to feel that way." I've never felt more seen and heard. This isn't heavy this is life. Please keep, keepin it real.
The way Steve calls us his friend 🥹
The way I clicked so fast when I saw Steve was the guest. He meant the world to us millennials. He’s a national treasure and we must protect him at all costs.
Thanks for having Steve as a guest and Andy, I hope Recess comes back with you as the voice! Steve, I appreciate you speaking about mental health. Thank you for being a bright light and our friend on Blue's Clues, my favorite show as a child. Looking forward to your podcast this summer. I grew up and live in the Philly suburbs. Go Birds! 💚🦅🦅🦅
The way I clicked immediately 😂 this is what I wanted to see Steve and the brothers ❤

Same! Lol
Not me getting emotional listening to Steve talking about his message to the world. He is too good and too pure. Protect this man at all costs 💙
I grew up on Blue’s Clues with Steve! There’s definitely something so special about how he carried the show on his back & in his heart. I’m sure it wasn’t easy showing up every day for years, but you did it. Thank you, Steve, for everything…
Andy had that drive thru order mic

He has such a soothing late night radio voice
I love what Joey said about talking about the good things you have accomplished. It does make you feel good about yourself. 47 is not old. I’m the oldest of three girls and I can see myself in Joey. He’s a good big brother for paving the way. He did the hard work so his brother didn’t have to. Now that’s a big brother.
There are moments when the looks Steve has on his face are so priceless, sitting in the middle of this family. I really want to put a cloud above his head with what he is thinking in it!
It was so wonderful getting to attend this live show! The pure enegery in the room with all 3 Lawrences on stage and then add in Steve, plus a room full of like-minded fans was amazing! And Andy's right, of course we watch the pod and the socials, Joey! 🤣
My son is 26 and I'm in my early 40s so i love the brother's and i loved Steve. He was a big part of my kiddos' childhood and our mornings . Thank you, steve 🎉. Will be waiting for his new podcast .
Steve forever!!! My oldest son who's 27 watched your show every morning. I think we have all the videos.❤ Thank you for having Steve over. I can't wait to watch his podcast too. Awesome show today!!!🙌🫶🥳
My son watched blues clues from the beginning. I purchased every orange vhs till he was 5. Thank you for the great memories with my son. I know the whole theme song, bought him blues clues blanket, stuffed doll, notebook and took pics at sears!❤❤❤
Thank you guys so much! I'm a blues clues kid! I think i remember when it came out i was a little older then the kids it was directed for, but Steve was the best and i loved Blue! Her little "bow bow" will live with me forever 💕 Im excited for his new podcast! The world needs you Steve 🙏 Thank you all for being such an important and influential part of my childhood 🥰
Steve feels like a long lost friend. And his voice is mesmerizing.
Video just started and I already want a part 2 in the studio!

Same. I am part of the generation that grew up with Steve as the host. After finish watching this podcast format, the studio version is better. For me, it feels more intimate when it's the studio version since I feel it draws the attention in more when there is not any distractions. Also, when talking about heavy topics the studio allows it to be more of a safe space and setting for the viewers and probably the same for the guests on the show when it's the studio format. I really hope to see Steve again on this podcast, and I am looking forward to Steve having his own podcast.
This entire episode has made me feel so much better. My dog passed on Sunday and I really, really needed to see this. I needed something to bring a smile to my face. My inner child is so happy rn.

I'm sorry.
I met him. I was running audio at an event and spoke to him.. i was a teenager when his show came out, so after my time... But i knew who and what he did. He is super nice. And deaf in one ear. But he was a pleasure to talk to even if it was just moments to go over 🎤 situation. His session was the biggest that show!
As a mom with a young kid who was devoted to Blues Clues, I totally had a crush on Steve. Still kinda do!
Every single time Steve pops up on my TikTok and he just listens to us I instantly just sob now. Every. Single. Time. Life’s just too much in the past few years and Steve’s always been there in ways a lot of others haven’t.

Thank you for coming out, we really appreciate it!
I gotta say, put Steve in a tv show, for us millennials, where he talks to us about literally anything, and I’ll watch, start doing KZread Steve, or make your own podcast, because seeing the video of you addressing us after all these years, brought back that feeling that something is missing, and seeing you talk helps. Well now I’m kinda sad, I think I’ll go lay down now with my big boy blankie .
I loved Steve on blues clues. The show wasn’t the same after he left. Great episode.
I’m so happy I got to see this live. Many aspects of my childhood coming together and making me cry…
Seeing as us millennials have nothing but nostalgia and debt...seeing Steve was a gem like none other.
I am 25 and loved watching Blue Clues, it brings back wholesome memories. Thats the earliest core memory of my childhood.
Great show, I loved blues clues, watched it with my children.
Omg Steve Burns!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love how Matthew is so honest about his bodily fluids… One podcast he tells us that he pooped himself and now this one he tells us he peed on himself. 😂😂😂
Never watched Blues Clues as a kid, but Steve is hilarious. He needs to be on more podcasts. Great job guys!!❤❤❤

PA girl here. Near Hershey. Just drove through Pottstown and was in Philly this weekend! Never knew Steve was from PA. Also, I was shocked that he is married to my favorite TV show, Big Comfy Couch as a kids main girl.
I loved the chaos of the live panel! Y’all’s energies are just unmatched! Steve was a great guest and the dynamic between y’all was so good! Another great pod de pod! 💙

Maybe I missed the announcement. I didn't know your first live podcast was going to be shown today. It was a very nice surprise for me. You nailed it. It was great, well done 👏 👏👏🙌🙌👀 I appreciate and admire you guys for speaking out on the way some people in the workforce are treated, making an honest living all because their job title is not a fancy one. It's honest, and it's not easy. I love the sound of Steve's voice. Much love to everyone, Happy Friday, God bless 😊 ♥️♥️👏👏🦋🦋🦋
