I like his response on how to plan to be up 19 and he responded that got that up too early. It's interesting because they have achieved what they planned but the success came too early and with a lack of experienced point guard, they just could not sustain it.

Nothing good would come out of bringing up Chot in this discussion. Let's move on already and be thankful that our Philippine basketball were able to achieve milestones that we never thought we could. Stop the hate and just show up to support Filipino athletes whomever they are playing for and whatever sports it may be. I saw lots of bashes and hate comments about how underperforming our U18 mens compared to U18 womens but come to think of it, it's a different competition. We all hope to win but there's no excuse to bash them because they can't.

We just prove the critics that our players are all talented they just need a trust from a good coach

During the time of Chot with JC,the play is always set to JC and the opponent can easily defend JC because they know the style of play of Gilas with JC. But with JB and CTC,the play is unpredictable because with JB the ball moves everywhere.The opponent team doesn't know who will take a shot.

Win or lose under CTC, Tab Baldwin every second is worth watching because they fight till the end. The mentality from the coach is greatly appreciated. Unlike Chot Reyes, training camp pa lang blame game na. Yung mentality na talo na agad kasi "Italy is Italy".

Actually JB is greater now even than we would have been playing in the NBA. He has created for himself a historic career of greatness. His attitude is so low profile that no one in the NBA ever even noticed that JB is exactly the epitome of character who would champion. That is also the reason why he couldn't play a game he just wasn't, those that would show a monotone of character stereotyped as the gem of a team. He is not there to prove over whatever others want for themselves their legacy. He is quite different which also makes him stand out, he is way over and beyond those types. And perhaps he never even thought that this is his legacy he would make. So great he lifted up a nation's spirit. He has just changed the course of history for Philippine Basketball. Experience and morale are something we now have and will only grow to keep up with the world's best so long as we keep in track with the passion of basketball. That updates everything. So again he is just simply ...... really...... really great! No one in the Philippines would hate him even if they lose to his team. He is still a great person for everyone. He is a very cool guy to be with, just seeing all the news about him in social media, he is also super fun and lol funny. haha.

When I heard Georgia's coach say that they saw an interesting game between Latvia and PH, I think what he meant was they did not expect PH to win. I think the mindset was, they expect a semis berth by just beating us, and their loss against Latvia would not really matter(as PH was expected to lose to Latvia too). So they played 100% today but regret the Latvia game where they allowed themselves to be in that hole. I am sure they will come back stronger because of this, but man, nobody should really overlook Gilas! CTC fan since '92!

to adjust to a . not-a-part of practice defense , because everything he prepared his players to play for months is not working is a very smart decision of CTC in the middle of the game
