Shibbitybop 25 it’s most likely a law in your state it’s a ticket because it can be charged as disturbing the peace
i feel a lot safer knowing that these tough cops are out there stopping these hardened criminals from playing music by extorting them for their hard earned money for doing nothing wrong.

Things can escalate quickly from a simple call , cops don't know what they are getting into , so backup is always needed if available . There is a lot of situations that started from a simple call and ended badly and a lot of it is documented on youtube .

A waste of tax payer money. Issue a ticket that has no chance in court. Without a certified sound pressure level meter, the ticket is arbitrary and unenforceable.
