THe judge can only inquire of the witness in front of him. He does not decide the purpose of the investigation. That purpose was identified and signed into law by Zuma when he was president. If he thought he was going to be investigated and did not like it why did he sign it?

I agree that the legacy of colonial conquest has stolen the land from it's rightful owners, but why has the government after so many years of democracy not given effect to the Freedom Charter which implicitly recognizes the right of every South African to access and use of a piece of land rent free to provide shelter for his family. What is not a solution is for government officials to first steal land for themselves without systemic correction of the injustices of centuries of colonialism and Apartheid.

I have been watching and today I stepped on the origins of the Constitution. Zuma and Mbeki went to UK to discuss matters of the Constitution. is this not interesting, the idea of how the constitution is not working for the poor but for the rich and foreigners? Motsoko Pheko has indicated on his book that the ANC Freedom Charter was a communist (SACP - Zionist led) document which was presented on the day of the adoption and how tricky it was to be adopted because it was forced on the conference thereby dividing the ANC and splitting it to PAC. Mandela in his interview was surprised and shocked on the PAC results in 1994 - it was a shock that PAC didnt atleast 2 majority of seats in Parliament. We connected the dots. Those elections were rigged. Pan Afrikanist voice has been surpressed, Winnie surpressed, Chris Hani killed and yet Mandela leaved. Ramaphosa parachuted to the leadership of ANC was the beginning of ANC corruption because that system was corrupt. PAC political prisoners were never released. The hatred for PAC stems from the Freedom Charter adoption because they know the truth and their voice continue to surpressed unless they rise up with arms and declare war on ANC. That is their only chance.
