Near the beginning of the video you changed directions and walked over and picked up that Vape, that might have thrown you off course for the gold ring, being a Gemini, it freaked me out a little. If you get too much feedback go to your settings and highlight the first one on the left and then press the pinpoint button. Hold the coil off the ground a few inches while it calibrates. Once its done do a ground balance. Hold down the ground balance button until it has a number that holds for 4 seconds without changing to a new number.

Finally got the carbon middle shaft and lg24 on the way. Pretty excited about the coil. Having to adjust the 6 inch kinda sucks. Yall all know why. Anyways good hunt. 👍👍. I'm really excited about Nokta's PI machine that's in the works. Word is it'll fill the gap of a affordable pi machine. I'm hoping they keep on the lower end of a 1000 but below that would be even better.

Tip for Legend owners i bought one several months ago and really like it after learning many setting changes as it really woke the machine up but my speaker went out on me after bitching and complaining to Nokta as i got the older version of the Legend so they sent me the new big coil, cuff and carbon shaft so i was very pleased with that, i told them i did own a Multi Anfibio and sold it to my brother to buy the Legend but was disappointed so their customer service is amazing and made me happy :) . Any new Legend owners do not set speaker to max ... Iron infested try recovery 3 iron 3 stab 5 ag 4 set to pitch turn tone down on what you have discriminated and crank up volume on non discrim will wake machine up

Hi, which customer service did you go through with nokta? I love my legend but I’ve been having an issue with responsiveness to get my legend fixed again. (Third time :/)

I saw the female CEO of Nokta talking about that sparky sound. There's a h8dden setting to fix it.

As far as the equinox 800 vs legend, I've used both for about 2 yrs each, nox has flooded 3x and arm cuff has broken 2x, I've never had any issue with flooding or breakage with the legend. That being said, if you aren't planning on going underwater or playing in waves, the nox has a much nicer feel in my hand

I love my legend and will pass on pennies unless it's quite on the bottom . It's great in water even in 30 Temps great detector and company

Yes, this is what i do with silt loam soil mixed with quartz in WI…it just makes the silver pop. But after consulting the manual…that’s what m3 is for

Your soil is wet now. Wet soil is always more sparky. You should also do a noise cancel as well as ground balance. The Nokta machines run sparky on wet ground for whatever reason. You can try to raise your ground suppression setting. Make sure you're not dragging the coil in the grass, it needs an air gap. The machines seem to do it a lot in 1.11 it's a whole thing on the internet that NM doesn't seem to be able to notice for whatever reason lol. When it;s wet a lot of people have good luck running beach dry or beach wet on land though. Less sparky.

I’ve found that in wet soil, the Legend calms when ran in M3. Let me know what your thoughts are.

Everything that Is Notka Macro Product's Lineup is That Very Much Sparky and when I was using the Simplex+ I was Catching Myself chasing the Ground Ghost Signals and I Had to get use to it but I didn't and I have the X-Terra Pro Now and No MORE Sparky Signal's and no more Chasing Ghost Targets Signal......

If hunting wet or damp soil, try running in M3.

The larger elliptical coil for the Legend is the LG30. It is 12x9. Great channel man.

So, talking of legend being sparky? Not sure if you read any forums on Facebook. It has been quite the issue. I noticed it in mine after updating to 1.11. Others as well. No one knows why. Only some have this problem and mine was resolved by going back to 1.07 and starting updates from there. Someone mentioned that they used the windows 7 update tool and problem was resolved. I also used that by accident when reinstalling the updates again and my problem seemed to be resolved. Like I mentioned, this isn’t happening to everyone but it is happening

Agree. big Legend coil sucks on many levels!

Working the same areas a number of times will surely remove most of the deeper rubbish eventually, leaving it easier to find the shallower recent "GOLD" drops. 🤔🤔🤔🤑
