What an Amazing and Hygienic Setup! Great example that even places stereotyped as polluted can make amazing improvements and technology if they put their minds to it!

Even in Qatar we don't find this much of technical support for Autoclave.. Wow great Chinese innovation.

Is there any generation of effluent? It is channelled for treatment or discharge direct to the water course?

I would certainly hope it would go through some industrial wastewater treatment!

I’m just diving into the topic of waste autoclaves now myself, but if my understanding is correct, there should be a sizable amount due to the steam essentially distilling off any solubles and some oils. Also there is probably some leachate before/after + site/equipment cleaning water. I’m guessing Screen Filter/Hydrocyclone/Filter Press etc (to capture waste particles), then an Oil-Water Separator, then whatever really. An Anaerobic Digester Maybe? That and/or then a Spray Dryer/Evaporation Pond etc for mineral recovery? Also Granulated Activated Carbon Absorbers and either landfill (cheap but bad option) or Gasification/Incineration etc (WITH FLUE GAS SCRUBBING+ASH/SLAG RECOVERY!) would work for removing any “nasties” I’m not an expert, and as stated haven’t read much yet on this topic, but I imagine that is what a system would likely look like*if they are using one*
