This stream is created with #PRISMLiveStudio- I used the noise cancellation for the first 10 minutes of this video, I probably will not use it again. It distorted my voice and completely cut out all background noise. You want to hear all the background noise as the prominent audio, not me talking, but as you know I've spent £1000 on microphones in 3 years. I am not going to buy another one for my phone. I will use the phone directly. You will have to put up with the wind. I will use the radio microphone, but not use noise cancelling. I noticed a completely different sound approximately 10 minutes after I switched the noise cancellation off.
I noticed we hardly had any buffering for this whole live broadcast, which is amazing for London.
The app I spoke about in this video is called InShot. It is £11.99 for one year. 
I did notice the picture went a little grainy sometimes but that is because the signal was dropping, at least it did not start buffering, so overall very pleased with this video considering I am in London.
