Change your plans to support the middle and lower class. Kenya needs small scale industries to be produced by youths, scientific input into farming the greatest employer of the lower class. Kenya has more rain than Israel and the land just needs some scientific input to be productive. Take a cabinet of youths who are selfless, not those tribalistic politicians of the past century who enjoy accumulation of property instead of prosperity of the country. Time is right to change the mindset of Kenyans. Leadership is a service to the community, the bottom up policy needs committed leaders . Tell them that and God will be with you. Send youths to Israel, China to see how the bottom up policy works.
