1st time watching your channel, I'm 61 years of age and my goal is to have overall good health. Lose fat , build some lean muscles and take care of my mental health. And juice more and eat more raw foods. I made that juice 2 days ago.

Depending on what I use, I use some of the pop for different things. I give us more of a vegetable and maybe apple pop. I use it in soups to help thicken up the soups. And if it's like carrots and apples, I use it to make my carrot cakes or carrot cake muffins! I don't throw it awand also. I freeze some of it. So I can just drop it into smoothies as well.

First time watching your video, and it won't be my last. Last month, I was informed by my primary care doctor that I had type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and stage 2 kidney disease. She ordered medicine, but i promised my wife that I would not take any medications and that I would start eating better, exercising and possibly juicing...she bought me that same juicer you've got. I will be trusting God to lead me, and following your posting. Peace and blessings, Sir.

I have had type 2 diabets for 25 yrs i just but I still have to take my meds once you get type 2 its hard to reverse it, you can keep it under control by eating right, juicing can be loaded with sugar it depends on what you juice, the one he just made will not make your sugar go high. stay away from fruit juices that are loaded with sugar.

Thanks for the great video. I gotta get rid of this high cholesterol , get more energy and a clear mind . So I will definitely try your recipe. Mother Earth is the best medicine .

In 2024 I started juicing. I appreciate your video. That is a pricey juicer! I started out with the Breville - which I like - not as smooth and a little more straining than you are doing - but I need to make sure I am sticking to this before I buy a high quality one. I would like anything on juicing right now.

I have a Kuving its 1 yr old but his Kuving 10 looks amazing so easy to use what I like about this one is you can put everything in the hopper and let it go. so I am going to invest and get the updated one. its not cheap to juice especially if you buy organiz what what would you rather do spend 100"s on doctor bills or juice to me thats a no brainer. God Bless my friend.

My goal is to restart a regular routine of juicing with a exceptional machine which is why I'm in the market to buy one of these juices from Kuving! Also, personally my goal is to get back to optimal health at 66 urs young! I'm gonna need to drop a good 35 pounds! It's not so much about the weight as it is about optimal health.

I have been jouncing since 1991 and I start with the Juice Man (Jay Kordich) may last juicers is a Centrifugal Juicer NJ9500 but now i have found the evolution of juicers but the mastication juicers but my question it's worth to expend "$599.99" in a juicer or $200.00 because I juice in daily basis. Like you I've had several juicers in the past. And since you have been juicing for along time I would recommend the Kuvings auto 10 they have a lifetime warranty and they work so good. And very easy to clean up. I juice in bulk so its easy for me.. Its totally up to you, but that's my opinion

I use vinegar and baking soda let it sit, give it a good rinse to get that vinegar taste out of the fruit and veggies I use

remember to use a cold press juicer the Kuving 10 is the top of the line I do not care what anybody says this one you cannot beat.

I was going with the other one but I am going to spend the Money cause I decided get the better one and make up enough. I got the bottles coming to have enough my Health come first
