Absolutely love Peurto Pollensa, weve been to Mallorca a few times over the years. Last time we stopped just behind Pine Walk which was delightful, the little Italy restaurant on Pine Walk is a must if you're venturing down that way the food is fab, give it a go you wont be disappointed. Hi I was in majorca last week for 7 days, stayed at Calas de Mallorca. No issues with spanish however surprised how run down the resrt is. My wife fell over loose pavement blocks outside hotel globales America. Been coming for years but noticeable this year with graffiti and awful pavements

Sorry, Alex. I must have missed the beach situation somewhere. Is it a definite no all season for the sunbeds? We’re coming mid-August. Family of 6 (four children, 7-18!). We’re staying in a hotel and tend to stay around the pool anyway, but would like to go to the beach as it’s near to our hotel, so that seems such a shame! I’d love recommendations for restaurants in the resorts and - the classic family question - is there a nearish water park? Great video! 👌🏻 And yes, I’m in Kent and it’s been miserable. It rained yesterday like an October day ☹️

Great question - Bus to Port Cristo, then bus to Alcudia, then bus to Pollensa.. check the TIB bus website...

But I have got a question for you,did you and daughter manage to get any cheap perfume from airport duty free after the flooding ? 😅

Love your live feed Alex but I have to admit it really does pain me to see the lack of action on Sunbeds and all things beach activites...I gave you Sunbed gate well, here is another one for you to use...Saving Private bedbeds! ( because without the beds on the beach the private pool hotel ones will be mobbed) As always great reporting for us here in the UK. I still have my fingers crossed for our September visit but if there are no beds on the beach we will look elsewhere and away from the island!

Normally coming along the beach at this time of year, we hear music, see people in the chiringuitos, and it's more like February... just :(
