I wish it could, but even if it does absolutely everything that is in its power, it does not have the ability to stop the genocide. It can’t stop loF from firing even one bullet. Not to say the court is irrelevant, just that its power is limited to certain functions. It can hear and decide cases and issue opinions and orders. But it can’t enforce them. That’s for another body, the UN Security Council, and that’s where things are more problematic because it can’t act if USA (or any of the 5 permanent members) vetoes. It’s like if a domestic didn’t have the cooperation of “law enforcement.” The court doesn’t have its own forces. So it can issue legally binding orders, but it can’t physically bind anything. All to say only that we should manage our expectations. Because if we think ICJ can stop the وeסחcíde, we’re 100% going to be some kind of disappointed.

What's interesting is the coordination between the US and Israel on the ground in Gaza. As the temporary pier gets ready to install, Israel closes Rafah and Kerem Shalom land crossings. Which will leave the Pier as the only point to bring in aid and also moving people out to Cyprus onward to host countries.

Coincidentally this pier is located at the exact area of Gaza's gas resources . The highway the IOF built dividing Gaza is directly at this point in Gaza. All very sinister 😪

From now going forward ICJ should be having a law that forces each country to provide 100 troops or more to ensure military force in situations like this.May we, the ppl my sign a memorandum to enforce this law.

We have such thing ; its called 'the peace corps ' or ' the blue helmets ' , but i dont think they're going to intervene any time soon !

What I really don't understand is that from day one till now, how can a bunch of what so called international judges would fail to call what is happening there by it's own name not this implausible bs they're telling us about.Why it's so hard to call for a cease fire and order a warrant of arrest. Whether they comply or not, the point of the matter is that this caught should exercise it's power to prove that it's on people's side.This help ppl to say the words without thinking twice.

What is the ICJ juridic status? (private corporation, registered where and as what,...?) Does it even have any juridiction or "authority" under Natural Law? If it is part of this "system" (all commercial transactions and contracts...) than this corporation has no aurhority over another corporation like "Israel State of".....

The ICC must give the world a remedy to stop that young woman from lying - and I believe she KNOWS there was no genocide by Israel! It is shocking that she holds herself out as a member of the Bar.
