But your tips , tricks and measurements gave me an awesome result today.. my cake used to always rise at the middle and crack because I used to bake it on middle rack at 180° for 30 mins... Noone ever told that if OTG is less than 30 litres temp should be 150-160° and tin should be placed on lowest rack... You were the only one after watching 1000's of videos who told this... I followed the tip and your recipe too to get lots of praises from family ...
