I was on this DL392 flight. The flight and cabin crew were very professional and transparent. Upon taking off and our initial climb, the captain informed us the in the leading edge slats would not retract and we had to return the airfield. Both the flight and cabin crew were calm and it was all but a routine landing, albeit the flap-less and high-speed. Nonetheless, Delta supplied us another aircraft and the same crew took us on our way. Talk about professionalism. Kudos to the crew of DL392, May 26, 2024.

8:18:14 watch the Kallita Queens touchdown, pretty interesting how the nose goes up/down. BTW that’s my favorite Cargo 747. It was great to see you two this afternoon as well as Rita . We had birthday dinner at my favorite steakhouse “Madera’s” just now and was surprised when a waiter and patron commented about my HOLY MOLY shirt. They saw your clip on the news and other social media pages, soo I had to direct them to AVL channel here on KZread. I hope they comment and participate in the shows. BIG FIVE O for me today!! 😎 can’t believe I made it this far 🙏
