Big thank you for not using face cam during lets play's and walkthroughs. One of the biggest reasons I still follow the page. Its so immersive breaking when cameras are on.

Cowboy I have a tip for ya - when you go to do menu swaps you can hit start or the touch pad to instantly close the menu. You don’t have to press o/b three times.

I'm glad to see someone appreciates magic builds are just as hard to use. I can't wait to see your build on it.

I’ve played thru the base game with various different builds. Imo, magic makes exploring easier, especially cuz you can one-shot a lot of enemies from far away. But magic isn’t as good vs bosses, especially quick ones that constantly get up in your face. So it makes some aspects easier, but other aspects harder.

Your walkthroughs have helped me more than once. Thank you.

Oh sweet I’ll definitely watch this one. I love sorcery. My play through of SotE was with my original sorcerer from my first play through (still on NG). Shard Spiral, star shower, renalla’s moon and Carian piercer just HARD carried me through the entire DLC. Went in using my beloved royal greatsword until I found the backhand blades and then started playing around with the new weapons. Ended up maining Milady with wing stance for most of it, damn the weapon art (mainly the L2) weaves into casting SO freakin’ stylishly. Love seeing other peoples sorc builds and play styles.

Lusats is absolutely fantastic for low fp sorceries. Spiral shard, night comet, glintstone comets and my favourite at 80 int, crystal barrage. Crystal barrage is the most underated spell in the game. It cost less than comet azur, has better tracking and can do insane damage on high int builds. Do yourself a favour and try it out

Adulas moonblade and the glinstone blade got me through the whole dlc and im super excited to see this playthrough

The first run I dad of SotE was as a mage build running pure 80 int, 40 faith, 50 Vig, 40 End and using buffs as a night witch. Hits for around 5000 when fully buffed. Easy mode for the DLC. I'm doing this on NG+++ but I wish I'd started a new save for the DLC

I finally beat radan today. I had to pull out all the cheese and summon the mimic, the extra NPCs, and using the thorns spell but even with all that it was probably the hardest fight ive done and it only happened because I got what wasn't, despite feeling like it was, the first stagger of my entire dlc playthrough right as my companions died.

Honestly dude the thorns is the only thing in there that I'd consider remotely cheese, and even that takes some work to pull off on Radahn. It's not the instant delete button it is on most other bosses Not that you need the approval of a stranger, but you got the W just enjoy it 👍

I'm glad to have been able to perfume cheese him before it was nerfed. Cus I own the DLC so I'll always be able to do other things in the future, but now no one else will ever be able to perfume cheese him. I feel like I was a part of history.

The Jellyfish Great Shield will help you when you got low poise cowboy! And at 200 thats not that steep for stat requirements. Your content has always been fire 🔥

For Guias as pure mage fighting up close is better. It helps stop him from doing charge attacks constantly and use night comet or carian slicer for damage

A little advice for your two dogs that bark at everything. Put them on a slip lead when you're Nana comes in or anyone, but when she's at the OUTSIDE the doors is when when you put them on a slip lead, and you pay more attention to the dog and do the Cesar Millan shhh sound and snap ur finger and do it enough times that they'll remember that behavior. Iv seen the most obnoxious dogs change around by just consistent precision I know the feeling man

He talked about it in one of the early lets play or walthrough vids. He stated that he stays at 200 for pvp but that if you wanted to level higher cuz u play pve only, then go for it. I guess 200 is the gentlemens agreement for pvp

You don't have to finish the whole game but you have to defeat radhan and mohg in base game to enter dlc

If you are on PC you can take a shortcut by using cheat engine and giving yourself runes and stuff to level up and you can even unlock maps to only fight radhan and mohg

What I did was make a save right before I started the DLC so I could make copies of that character and redo it as a diff build. If on PC you can download a save copy right before DLC with the base game done
