7월 10일 오후 강남구 일지아트홀에서 드림캐쳐(Dreamcatcher)의 열 번째 미니 앨범 'VirtuouS(버추어스)' 쇼케이스가 열렸다.
드림캐쳐의 ‘VirtuouS’는 평행세계 시리즈의 마지막 장을 장식하는 앨범이다. 고고한 정신과 메시지를 담아냈으며, 정의와 신념으로 맞서 싸우는 모습을 표현한 타이틀 ‘JUSTICE(저스티스)’로 리스너들을 찾을 예정이다.
타이틀곡 ‘JUSTICE(저스티스)’는 보컬 후렴의 트레몰로 효과가 특징적인 얼터너티브 록 장르의 곡으로, 악에 맹렬히 맞서는 ‘우리’의 모습을 표현했다. 특히 일렉 기타의 솔로 멜로디가 강렬함을 선사하며 ‘드림캐쳐표 장르’의 진가를 더욱 배가시킨다.
이번 앨범에는 ‘Intro : 7' Dreamcatcher(인트로 : 7' 드림캐쳐)’, ‘STΦMP!(스톰프!)’, ‘2 Rings(2 링스)’, ‘Fireflies(파이어플라이스)’까지 수록돼 드림캐쳐만의 다채로운 음악 색깔을 만나볼 수 있을 계획이다.

EXACTLY. They've improved so much, especially Handong. Credit to Ollounder and the production team as well. I think Ollounder working with the girls for a while now has allowed him to figure out a sound and range for everyone. Either way, I'm just so proud of them all and it makes me so emotional.
