Aggrived person meance anyone can be aggrieved eg wife, mother, sister in law, husband , because definition not say correctly about "aggrived"

Sir, I have a small doubt about the case law you mentioned in section 18 at 57:58 SR Batra vs Taruna Batra. The SC overruled that case law in the case of Satish Chandra vs Sneha Ahuja (2020). Do we still have to study that case law?

Sir, I work in private company in Bangalore with salary less than 45k. Wife filed false case on May 4-498A,354,307,4. Then filed 125 n interim on September 2021 Then filed DV in October claiming 36 lakhs maintenance, claiming shared household as after marriage was staying in my parents house because of work from home n covid issues in Dec 2020 n also claiming my salary account access. Is this true ,can she claim my salary account. My marriage only 32 days.
