@@markl8111 I understand your frustration! The Courts are back logged with alleged offenders trying to get a hearing and they push plea bargains to reduce the bottleneck waiting to go before His or Her Honor. After so many days from not seeing a Judge, the alleged offenders should be let go. The reason they don't turn them loose is because the most are repeat offenders and the State gets so much money to help process the major flow that become incarcerated in the local facilities.

Lol This is her reputation. She's been a lawyer for 2 decades. She not going to throw her reputation away to get Alex off. No way! Lol The lady is a B-t-ch at work. A very tough lawyer. She just royally screwed up along with the ms Hancock the police lead investigator on the case. Btw Kari made a comment in pretrial motions via zoom with Alec lawyer stating something like, these fancy new York lawyers are going to come in and think they can do what they do up north. @@gravelydon7072 i’m not wrong. lol the OP stated Alec was producer and director and in charge of safety. that’s incorrect. We are not talking about him as an actor holding the gun. Of course he holds responsibility for pulling the trigger. that’s not what my comment was stating. Alec was not in charge with the safety on the set. There was a person who was though. David Halls. i’m quite aware of gun safety but thanks for writing it down i guess.

It really doesn't matter if we think the ruling was right or wrong under the law that was the only option the judge had. Because legally the what the prosecution did left no other choice. I'm rather disappointed honestly that the prosecution screwed up this bad because I was hoping to at least see if Justice was in fact blind or if there was going to be a two-tier justice system because he's a celebrity based on the evidence and everything else but once again you have an incompetent district attorney who absolutely dropped the ball

They all knew it wasn’t a prop. The people on site were shooting live rounds into the desert during down times. Anyone who handles a gun is responsible for it while it is in his or her possession. Whether you are an actor or a waiter, rich or poor…My generation was taught this very well. Treat every gun as if it is loaded and don’t point it at anything you don’t want to kill. Those are the rules. If those simple rules had been followed, no one would have been shot…

It seems a miscarriage of justice, caused by prosecution error. I guess it was an error, but it could have been on purpose. The evidence does not seem such that it would have changed the verdict. What difference does it make where the bullet came from? It should not have been in the gun. Still, even if it had been in the gun, if Baldwin had not pointed the gun at anyone, it would not have harmed anyone. However, it is important to hold prosecutors responsible for their illegal or improper behavior.
