@@thinkabout.2504 movies usually portray women giving birth on their back because in the western world this unfortunately has become common practice. However it makes the contraction pain 100 times worse, works against gravity and therefore increases likelihood of needing intervention. So lying on your side or being on all fours are MuCh better positions!!!!

yes!! We have to remember a lot of it is down to nature too and women who push for hours are incredible and it's not because they aren't trying. All mommas are incredible, however the baby arrives or is adopted etc!) xo

Enjoy all those precious baby snuggles & 5 kids!! You're a trooper!! I wish this video was out before I had my babe. I was induced but didn't really know I could get out of bed. Although at the time, it wasn't as option as babys heart was dropping.
