On the front end go through each line and figure out what service expenses you can find for cheaper to pay out of pocket for.. On the backend if you get a FHA loan find out how much you have to pay to avoid MIP.. find cheaper Homeowners Insurance.. If this will be your primary residence get a homestead exemption.. Doing these things will on the front end lower your closing cost.. An in the backend lower your monthly mortgage payment..

Also as far as rental properties, if you don’t have experience I recommend hiring a property management COMPANY. They will find tenants, collect rents and give out fines for late tenants.

“Co signing” means owner. If you a “co signer” you own the property 100% such as the person you “co-signed” for. It’s both of y’all property. & it will show on your credit report too.

I like dude mindset but this is super general content without the meat & potatoes. This ain’t real “real estate” content.
