If you want a smaller, botique feel go Live Aqua. If you enjoy larger resorts and dont mind more people go with Excellence

Amazing overview! Really gives a feeling for the resort. What room type are the rooms in the main building top floor with pools?

Fuego Suites.

Any plans on going to Secret's Tide in Punta Cana anytime soon? We just booked for next February but hoping someone visits there and does an actual resort video. We love watching your videos for insight, it helped us when we booked Capa Cana last December.

decent resort but i feel excellence el carmen like 10 mins away from here is an even more elevated experience and a better bang for your buck overall. non peak oceanfront club level swim up suite at ECC was about $500 a night last i checked couple months ago. when I went in march it was more expensive though.

Ive been to both. The service, food, and beach are all better at Live Aqua. The crowd is more lively at Excellence El Carmen and the pool scene is better but overall id give it to Live Aqua.

Which do you prefer more, Live Aqua or Haven?

I can’t really see a scenario where those are being compared, but - Live Aqua I guess!
