Sir, I've just One query PLEASE ANSWER it, I'm absolutely new in UPSC and have completed only Polity till now but I've started writing Polity & IR answers everyday (about 2-3 answers), but I couldn't finish it within the time limit and even if I try to I end up with a bad presentation and handwriting. So should I initially focus on better presentation and handwriting or to finish it up within 7/11 mins ?? PLEASE ANSWER this query Sir, I'll be really grateful.

Don't write any answers till you finish 60% of your gs you will end up writing bad questions and this will demotivate you. Writing answers from day 1 is myth. Cover all basic dive deep in theory and then after you done with this write answers.
