There are a lot of channel that have become popular recently that make videos claiming different streamers are cheating. They also use rhetoric to imply that all streamers and e sports players are cheating and blame them for what they call the “downfall” of call of duty by saying “Call of Duty waste money paying these streamers instead of using it to improve the game” and that “the developers allow them to cheat”. It’s a sad case of people with no lives wanting to find something to get mad about.

This video make me hop on and play ranked, and my second game I died to Cheaters, and fourth game I died to cheaters and got off. I have never in my life seen this game be so absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how ricochet has a contract with call of duty bc the amount of blatant basic cheats in the game is unfathomable. So sad man I used to love playing cod and now it’s unplayable. Like cod was the only franchise that captured me since I began gaming FPS and now I barely even hop on because of chests.

Anyone that has a complaint about this is just set in their ways out of comfort instead of because they feel like their set up is optimal. Don't sit there with no aim-assist complaining about it when you'd be the one who's doing something wrong by sticking with an option that YOU think isn't enough to combat aim-assist. Just make the switch and GET aim-assist. It's on you, not everyone else. That's how this game flows. Follow/abandon the meta for the advantage/mix and then it's up to the rest of their game to make it all add up to consistency and wins. PLUS, on top of all of that, it'd be up to the ones running the tournament to divide it up based on aim-assist vs. raw input. And then there's the issue of if there would even be enough of both for it to seem like it's worth putting money into.
