As a guy I often would shy away from dancing, but as I’ve drawn closer to the Lord I have a new perspective since I can do it to praise the Father. This helps sooo much, thank you!

You can feel your passion through this video. Thank you for sharing. I love to praise and worship. The Holy spirit told me when my back was out...to pick up banner and dance. I could barely walk then. I was in allot of pain. By doing what the spirit said I was healed. There is healing in the dance. Bless you sister

I like to use American Sign Language as the base of my movements. We don't have any one who I'd deaf in our church, but I feel the movements have more purpose/meaning when they are incorporated with signing.
