I live alone but rarely cook for myself anymore. Instead, I eat prepared frozen meals that I buy in our grocery stores. It is a bad habit that slipped up on me over many years of long hard work hours. You are reminding me to cook for myself again and make sure I make lovely presentations of my food. I may even take a photo of these meals to remind myself of the pleasure food gives the eyes as well as nourishing the body. Thank you. I wish you well.❤

I live alone too. I genuinely can’t be bothered to cook. I don’t enjoy cooking at all. I eat low calorie ready meals but I do add fresh vegetables with most meals ❤
