Jocelyn is THE funniest comic! Her take on so many situations is so hilariously, cringe-worthy, brave and imaginative. And such talented mimicry of diverse accents, attitudes and characters. I thought it was a clever way to illustrate the awkwardness of code switching. White people do that too. E.g. when talking to northerners / southerners if you've lived among both. Sometimes it's easier just to be more like them.
