Loved that first matchup, it's fun seeing two off-meta decks go back and forth. Certainly more interesting than *insert Prof X/Cannonball deck* facing *insert Hela/Black Knight deck*

I don’t love that interaction with Supergiant. You’d think putting cards on the board would still count as playing them even if they don’t reveal.

Ya Thena's got some weird interactions at the moment, some of which I assume are bugs. Doesn't she count Mysterio as 1 card played? I've heard she does, and that just can't be correct. Same with her current Beast interaction. On the other hand, I'm pretty sure that Bishop wouldn't gain power until the Supergiant cards reveal, so maybe the Supergiant interaction is working as normal - "cards played" meaning after said cards are flipped could be the consistent rule.

i understand that it would be logical if she did work, however i think its notable that letting supergiant be an incidental 1 turn thena counter isnt the end of the world

Yeah, I’m guessing they’ll probably address it eventually. Similar to the way they made the move cards like Spider-Man and Stegron work a bit more clearly.

Oh 100% Thena definitely doesn’t need the extra help lol. Just seems like they might need to reword her text if that’s how it’s gonna work.

Valentina has a lot of this decks potential higher numbers, generating big cards off her help you hit much higher than you otherwise would. This deck wants to stay small so like while something like Nick Fury could probably assist with that necessary power, I think it might muck up the curve. Agent 13 could help you but its got a much higher chance of missing, Cable is alright but also has mixed results and can lead to helping your opponent. I think US Agent could def work in here, you lose some collector synergy but overall still some decent power output if it connects. My Ranking is probably something like this for alternatives to Valentina here: -US Agent -Nick Fury/Cable (tied) -Agent 13

​@promethea6498 I'd honestly add Sentinel as a potential option, often times a 1/3 that buffs your Collector. Lower risk, lower reward than Cable
