Great Muddy Waters song that Eric and Jeff played on Jeff's DVD "Live at Ronnie Scott's". Great to see Eric, Derek and Doyle together again. Derek and Doyle were part of Eric's 2006/07 touring band. Saw them twice and it killed. They played a lot of the Layla album on the tour. This is a great tribute to a great innovative guitarist. Derek is always a treat and Eric is, well (fill in the blank) just "the man". Keeper of the flame.

Man...how's that for taste and respect, you got EC just along for the ride digging what he's playing and DT realizes it's time to cue the ending and makes it happen...dude's not just a stellar player but a class act.

I have no idea how Derek does this but he is channeling Jeff with that slide.

Derek definitely achieves a harder and more stinging sound with a Les Paul than he does with the Gibson he usually plays. In truth, Muddy's playing on bottleneck was spine chilling; he set the standard for everyone who followed.

Yeah, invite some second rate rockstars like Billy Gibbons and that dude from Metallica who were not close to Jeff personally let alone musically, but not include Tal? Weird
