At 4:30, do you guys think Dad intervened because Akash made a slip and said "beated" or simply because he started to sound boastful talking about how he had beaten out other kids? (Btw, 'To beat' is one of those tricky verbs in English where one tense (such as the simple past tense) remains the same (beat) for all 1st, 2nd and 3rd person. 🤔
