Thank you Atty. Every new lawyer should try litigation for at least a year. It is indeed not for everyone, so it's best to find out early on. In any case and if your time and work would allow, handle a case pro bono from the IBP legal aid so you can have first hand trial experience all the while helping the less fortunate.

Thanks! Oh, I have had first hand trial experience. Just cause I chose to practice corpo law doesn’t mean I haven’t. In fact, it was my various trial experiences which spurred me to choose corpo law. 🙂

You want stressful day go to litigation. But it is very competitive world. Like my wife always said trial practice is like going to battle everyday against intellectual persons. Different personality different cases. Wlang Routine Kaya you know everyday is a new day.

Hi Atty. Tina! Super love this informative vlog especially since hindi ko pa alam anong gagawin ko after the bar haha. Just a random question: i remember sa previous vlog mo na super nervous ka whenever there's board meeting. have you ever had experience na tinanong ka during board meeting about something na wala kang clue at all? given na as you said, corporate practice entails answering questions na mapapa-huh ka nalang talaga when you first hear them. haha. wala lang, curious lang!

Any pre law degrees is okay-- but if you want to work on a company with a law firm one day, a knowledge in business would help.

If you want to remarry, you NEED to file for an annulment or declaration of nullity of marriage.

Kapag po ba corporate Lawyer ka atty. tina pwede ka paden maging litigation someday if you want to. Vise versa
