Here's a recap of all the songs that competed for Lithuania in Eurovision Song Contest from 1994 to 2023. Please, enjoy!
Lithuania has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 23 times since its debut in 1994, where Ovidijus Vyšniauskas finished last, receiving "nul points". Lithuania withdrew from the contest, not returning until 1999. LT United's sixth place in 2006 with the song "We Are the Winners" is Lithuania's best result in the contest. The country reached the top ten for a second time in 2016, when Donny Montell finished ninth with "I've Been Waiting for This Night", and for the third time in 2021, finishing eighth with The Roop and "Discoteque".
As of 2022, Lithuania remains the only Baltic country that is yet to win the contest after wins for Estonia in 2001 and Latvia in 2002. However, since the introduction of the semi-final round in 2004, Lithuania has more final appearances than the other Baltic nations, with twelve, compared to nine for Estonia and six for Latvia.

I still get goosebumps at Ieva's performance! Čiūto tūto 💗🇱🇹 Songs from Lithuania 🇱🇹 are every year better and better and I hope that they will win in this decade.

@@saiq4440 no I don't think juries would have vote enough to make them win I think Russia would have been 10th in juries and maybe 2nd or 1st in televote and overall 5th or 4th Iceland would have really won

@@Euro_Zack honestly, I don't understand the hype around Iceland that year, and its 4th place in 2021. my reaction was like: WHAT? how did it get into the top 5? like, it's an ordinary and I would even say a second-rate song, and I'll never understand why anyone liked it.

It's alright now but that typo on 2015 on the previous vid was kinda krejza and iconic tho I'm gonna say it once again: 2006: WE ARE THE WINNERS OF EUROVISION Should be the ultimate Eurovision anthem Lithuania keep sending Monikas. Čiūto Tūto ❤
They really stepped up the game after 2020, too bad none of their recent songs got them a new best result they deserved.

Lithuania has definently had it's ups and downs through the years. But they've also delivered some true gems. My favourites are their songs from 1999, 2018 and 2023. A guilty pleasure is also Aivaras song from 2002.
I will never understand how InCulto didn't qualify.

The Lithuanian diaspora is really getting them decent placements. Since 2009 they’ve always done well with the televote even with average songs.

I hate how everyone always discredits Lithuania’s placements with their diaspora. Russia, turkey, Armenia, Poland are all literally right there and almost never get talked about but apparently 10 points from Norway and Ireland is the end of the world. Like there are countries that place top five for just existing almost every single year so💀 Also “average songs” that’s fully just your opinion.

Eastern European kind of funk should of qualified to final
Of course i'm a huge fan of "We are the winners (of eurovision)" they should have won, 6th wasn't good enought. But I did not know that this 6th position remains to this day the best ranking of Lithuania . I hope Lithuania will win ESC some day, and this day all of Europe will sing in unison : They are the Winners ! Of Eurovision ! They are ! They are ! 'Cause we voted ! voted !

My favourites 2010: I like randomly dancing to it 2016: I love the beat and tempo and perfect for stage dancing 2018: no one is talking about it. This is amazing! 2019: should have qualified, it’s a great song 2023: just great, gets me up and dancing

2014 and 2019 almost qualified. 2017 has been their only misstep since 2008. And that’s because that song was horrendous. Probably one of the top 5 worst in the last 10 years.

Although I like Aistė's song "Strazdas" I can understand why it didn't impress European public. All later entries were a complete disaster up till 2015 (Vaidas and Monika). The Roop and Monika Linkytė absolutely slayed it. I also liked Ieva's entry, and Monika Liu is very highly overhyped.
