It's been really interesting hearing Skeler move from hardcore, uplifting trance-inspired techno to mellowed out trap over the years. You can tell he's used the sound design & production skills he's learned from making his older high-energy tracks, and applied them to create a sound here that still feels _full_ and has a great texture despite the minimal instrumentation. Skeler's got a hell of a range, but with a central focus on blending smooth basslines & pads to create a beautiful feel and tone colour, and it shows in everything he does. Sound design that's low and calm but still has an uplifting energy to it is incredibly difficult to make, but Skeler's a producer that knows exactly how to do it.
