I remember when this song came out, I was 13! Everyone was going crazy over it!!!! I had the best childhood🤟🏻

Canadian here who is a huge fan of Litfiba since a penpal in Italy introduced me to them in the late 80s. It’s pretty funny seeing your reaction to it 😉 For a long time I didn’t know what the lyrics meant either, it’s only since I have learned Italian and it’s all available online. And yes Piero Pelù the singer and Ghigo Renzulli the guitarist (and the guy who spoke at the end) are definitely both still alive and active though the band isn’t together now.

The band is Italian but the video must had been shot in Spain. In Italy there is no corridas and bulls killing 😁 By the way, also the song's title "El Diablo" is in Spanish. In Spain a discussion on abolishing corridas has been going on for many years but I don't know how the situation is now...

The translation of the first verse is wrong, it's not "I wander at night with the crazy souls", but "I wander at night with the lost souls". P.S. El Diablo was a famous bull (the same who gives the name to the Lamborghini Diablo).
